Rev. Jim Davey

I'm presently in my 15th year of pastoral ministry - all here at Faith Alliance Church. I was born & raised in Niagara Falls, N Y and have been married to Beth (my high school sweetheart) since 1975. We have 3 adult children (Brian, Luke & Becky) and one grandson.

After graduating from high school I worked for a variety of businesses - a grocery store, a battery manufacturing plant, a retail store, a paper mill and a small wholesale company. Eventually I attended Niagara County Community College during the evenings and received an AA in Accounting. In 1988 we sold our house in NY and moved to Minnesota where I attended Crown College. I graduated from there in 1992 with a BA in Pastoral Ministries and a BS in Business Administration.

Ever since I was a young boy I have wanted to live out 'west' - someplace where there were mountains. God fulfilled that dream by bringing me here to Kalispell. I really enjoy living here and feel very fulfilled in my roles as husband, father, grandfather and pastor.

Rev. Al Porter

I have been Pastor of Evangelism and Discipleship at Faith Alliance Church since May 2000 when we moved to Kalispell. In May of 2007, Dee and I will have been married for 50 years. We have 4 grown children, 17 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. I teach classes on how to effectively share your faith, I help to facilitate the discipleship process and assist believers in discovering their Spiritual gifts. I also do visitation, work with Senior Citizens (Prime Timers), Missions, and Men's Ministry.

Dee and I came to the Lord when we were 36 years old. We both got involved in the local church and Navigator Discipleship ministries. As laymen, we led a large singles ministry for 6 years and later went into full-time church ministry at the age of 47. Prior to joining the Faith Alliance team, I was the Senior Pastor at 3 different churches in Iowa, Nebraska and Texas. Northwest Montana has been our favorite place to live and pastor.

We like:

  • Hobbies: We both enjoy hiking in the mountains and my hobby is scenic photography.
  • Movies: Comedy movies as well as action movies such as Star Wars, The Bourne Identity and Braveheart.
  • TV Show: Currently, our favorite television show is "24".
  • Music: Our favorite song is "Unchained Melody", but our music taste range from Rock and Roll (Elvis is still great) to Classical music and of course the beautiful Hymns and Choruses.
  • Bible Verse: My life-time verse is Proverbs 3:5-6. and more recently I have latched on to Philippians 4:11-13: "...I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am. I can do all things through Him who strengthens me."

Pastor Todd Hart

I'm currently beginning my 4th year of ministry at Faith Alliance Church. I grew up in Columbia Falls, Montana and graduated form High School in C-Falls in 1990. I currently have an AA in Christian Ministries from Crown College and I'm only 2 semesters away from my BA in the same field. My wife, Gayle and I met our senior year of High School and have been together ever since. We were married in August of 1991 and we have four amazing children (Brittney, Jessica, Tyler and Cameron).

My current ministries here at Faith Alliance Church are Associate Pastor of Children and Youth. Both Gayle and I have a passion to share the love of Christ with teenagers. I also oversee the Sunday School programs, Children's Church, VBS and a number of other ministries, including outreach and short-term missions trips.
